• The APC amount is determined through a formal agreement (MoU) between the event organizer and the INSPIRE editorial board.

• The fee covers services such as:

  • Editorial management and quality control

  • Layout and formatting

  • DOI assignment (if applicable)

  • Online hosting and long-term archiving

• No additional fees are charged to individual authors unless otherwise stated by the organizer.

• All payment arrangements are managed through the organizing committee of the respective academic event.

• The APC is non-refundable once the article enters the final editing or layout stage.
